Musichien assumes no liability for contract fulfillment, damages, or disputes between musicians and clients. All bookings are direct arrangements between the parties. Musichien is not responsible for the quality, timeliness, or completion of services.
Users are responsible for verifying credentials, negotiating terms, and managing their own relationships. Musichien does not guarantee the accuracy of profiles or reviews.
Contact unlock fees are non-refundable. All other payments are direct transactions between users. Musichien does not process or hold payments.
Users must use the platform in good faith and in accordance with applicable laws. Prohibited activities include fraud, harassment, and misrepresentation.
